When discussing rate changes, part of my responsibility as an insurance professional is to review a customer’s overall coverage, explain available options, and make recommendations when appropriate. Providing those options is never intended to pressure anyone into purchasing additional coverage, and a customer is always free to decline.

Because insurance accounts contain private information, I will not discuss the specific details of your policy, billing, cancellation, or our communications publicly. However, I do take statements regarding dishonesty or misconduct very seriously, and I am confident in reviewing the documentation and communication history associated with your account.

You received communication after your policy ended to let you know about the dividend that State Farm is paying its customers if a policy was active in 2025.

I have built my agency around caring for our customers, educating them about their coverage, and being actively involved in the community we serve.
